Any condensing boiler emits condensate, generated by the content of the combustion fumes. For this we will circulate cold water via a pipe in the hot fumes which will create condensation causing a transfer of calories from the fumes to the water and generating condensates. These condensates, resulting from the fumes, are logically acidic. When installing a condensing boiler, care must be taken to evacuate them correctly. Indeed, very often, the boilers are located far from any evacuation, hence the need to raise the condensate to the level of the sewer.
SFA is an expert in the field. We offer several solutions for lifting condensates or neutralizing them or both at the same time. The range presents discreet models to be positioned under a wall-mounted boiler or a model dedicated to floor-standing boilers with integrated neutralization: the Sanicondens Best Flat combines these two advantages: its installation in your condensing boiler will neutralize the acidity of the condensates and raise them in complete safety.
The system is complete: it is equipped with a lifting pump which will lift the treated condensates.
The Sanicondens Best Flat is compact: it has four inlets, it is small in size and consists of a tank with a capacity of 2 liters. It can be fixed to the wall or to the floor."
The SFA condensate removal solution is silent, impeccably suited to the treatment of acidic water, the ph of which it neutralizes thanks to a system of refillable granules. A first pack is included in the starter kit, which should be replaced once per year Thanks to these neutralization granules, your piping remains protected from any acid attack.
